1. Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During busy periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may take slightly longer.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times:
- UK Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
- UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International (outside Europe): 7–15 business days
Please note: These are estimates provided by our shipping partners. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Restrictions

- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or restricted regions where skincare import laws apply.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their country allows skincare imports.

- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Delivery Issues

- If tracking shows an order as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with your household members, neighbours, or local delivery office.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the courier.
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
- Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned.
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it at the customer’s expense.
8. Damaged Packages

9. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
